Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup oats (fine flakes)
1/2 cup coconut oil (tea)
1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter cake tin. - In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher.
- Add eggs and coconut oil and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
Notes
- To make the cake more moist, add 1/2 cup (tea) of natural yogurt or kefir.
- To make the cake sweeter, add 1/4 cup (tea) of honey or brown sugar.
- You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as dried fruit, nuts or chopped chocolate.
