Meat pancake is a delicious recipe that combines fluffy, thin pancakes with a savory ground beef filling. 
Here’s a basic recipe for you to try:

Ingredients

  • pancake dough
  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • A bit of salt

  • meat stuffing
  • 300g of ground meat (can be beef, pork or mixed)

  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional spices: cumin, paprika, oregano, etc.

  • Oil for sautéing

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease with a little oil.
  • Pour a portion of the dough into the skillet and spread to form a thin layer. 
    Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. 
    Repeat the process until you finish the dough. 
    Book the pancakes.
  • In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until it is fully cooked and browned.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and seasonings of your choice. 
    Cook for a few minutes until the tomato softens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
    Adjust seasonings to your personal taste.
  • Place a portion of the meat filling in the center of each pancake.
  • Fold the sides of the pancake over the filling and roll up to form a roll.
  • Place the stuffed pancakes on a plate.
