Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups sifted wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 cup Ninho milk (or instant milk powder)

  • 1 can of cream (no whey)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature) and grease a round cake tin approximately 22 cm in diameter with butter and flour.
  • In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy and clear mixture.
  • Add the milk and sifted wheat flour to the egg and sugar mixture.
  • Beat on low speed until the dough is smooth.
  • Add the baking powder to the dough and gently mix with a spoon or spatula.
  • Pour the dough into the greased tin and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • While the cake bakes, prepare the Ninho milk frosting: in a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and Ninho milk until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • Remove the cake from the oven when ready and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
  • Unmold the cake onto a serving plate and cover it with the Ninho milk frosting.
  • To decorate, you can sprinkle a little more Ninho milk over the cake.
