To make your Pineapple Ice Cream delicious, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream (300g)

  • 1 can condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 ripe pineapple

  • Juice of half a lemon (optional, to enhance the pineapple flavor)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional, to adjust sweetness)

Directions

  • Peel the pineapple and remove the central core.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • In a blender, place the chopped pineapple and blend until you get a puree.
  • Add the condensed milk, milk cream and vanilla essence to the blender.
  • If desired, squeeze the juice of half a lemon to enhance the pineapple flavor.
  • If the mixture is not as sweet as you want, add the sugar little by little and taste until it tastes right.
  • Beat all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
  • Pour the contents of the blender into an ice cream container (ice cream mold) or into a container with a lid.
  • Cover the container with aluminum foil or cover tightly and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
  • After the freezing time, remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving, to make it easier to remove the portions.
  • Serve the pineapple ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy this refreshing delight!
