For your pasta salad to be very diverse and tasty, check out the suggested ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (can be screw type, penne, fusilli, etc.)

  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, peppers, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​black olives

  • 1/2 cup diced feta or buffalo mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  • Run and book.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, olives, feta cheese or buffalo mozzarella and basil leaves.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss gently.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this dressing over the pasta salad and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to be chilled.
  • Remove from the fridge before serving and enjoy your fresh and tasty pasta salad!
