3 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature).Â
Unite a form of cake with butter and wheat flour. - In the blender, add the eggs, sugar, milk and oil.
- Beat everything for about 2 minutes until you get a homogeneous mix.
- Then add the wheat flour and cocoa powder to the blender.
- Beat again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the baking powder and whisk quickly just to mix it into the dough.
- Avoid beating too much at this stage, so as not to lose the yeast effect.
- Pour the dough into the previously greased mold and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Turn it out onto a plate or platter.
- Your blender chocolate cake is ready!Â
You can serve it pure or, if you prefer, add a topping of your choice, such as brigadeiro, ganache or chocolate sauce.Â
