Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tea spoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Vegetable oil (for greasing the frying pan)

Directions
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the milk, egg and melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Stir well until you form a smooth dough.
Don’t worry if there are any lumps left. - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot skillet to form each pancake.
