Easy Vegan Cheese Bread

minutesTo prepare our vegan cheese bread, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.
Ingredients
2 cups of sour sprinkle
1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup of sweet sprinkle
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon powdered yeast
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the sour sprinkles and the sweet sprinkles.
- In a pan, cook the sweet potato until soft.
Then knead well. - In another bowl, add the mashed sweet potato, vegetable oil, water, baking powder, apple cider vinegar and salt.
Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass. - Add the sprinkle mixture to the bowl with the liquid ingredients and mix well until a uniform dough forms.
- If you want to add vegan cheese, add it to the dough at this point.
- With your hands lightly greased with vegetable oil, take small portions of the dough and shape into balls of the desired size.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. - Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on the outside.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
