Homemade Big Mac + Special Sauce

Ingredients
3 hamburger buns
2 beef burgers
2 slices of cheddar cheese
chopped lettuce
Sliced tomato
sliced onion
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat a griddle or griddle.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Reserve.
- Grill the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half and take them to the griddle to lightly toast them.
- Place a slice of bread on the bottom, add lettuce, tomato, onion, special sauce, cheddar cheese and the burger.
- Repeat this sequence one more time and close with the last slice of bread.
- Serve immediately.
