Ingredients
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup of honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin with butter or vegetable oil.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, oats, wheat flour, honey, eggs, milk, oil, baking powder, vanilla essence and salt.
- Beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool before unmolding and serving.
