Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Arrange the potato slices on a baking sheet. - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the herb mixture over the potato slices and mix well so the potatoes are well seasoned.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes, or until they are soft and golden brown.
