The practicality and taste of this corn cake with condensed milk conquer everyone!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup cornmeal (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 can of drained corn

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

Directions

  • Place the drained corn, eggs, milk, condensed milk and butter or margarine in a blender.
  • Beat for about 2 to 3 minutes, add the grated coconut, cornmeal and beat some more to mix.
  • Add the baking powder and beat in the “pulsar” mode to homogenize the dough.
  • Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Unmold the corn cake with condensed milk after it cools down and it is ready to serve.
