In addition to benefiting health, banana tea is ready in just a few minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water

  • 2 bananas

Directions

  • Cut the bananas into slices with the peel.
  • Heat the water and when it boils add the bananas.
  • Cook the bananas for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve the banana tea still hot (take up to 1/2 liter per day, for up to 15 days).
