The preparation of this coconut pudding is so easy that there is no mistake!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of coconut flakes or grated

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin

Directions

  • Mix the gelatines very well with 10 tablespoons of water, microwave for 20 seconds or melt in a bain-marie and set aside.
  • Add condensed milk, cream, milk, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin to a blender.
  • Blend for 4 to 5 minutes with the blender covered. 
    Turn off the device, add the coconut and stir with a spoon.
  • Pour the mixture into an oiled mold, cover with cling film and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 to 5 hours.
  • After being well consistent, unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter, sprinkle grated coconut on top and the coconut pudding is ready to serve.
