Coconut Pudding without Oven

The preparation of this coconut pudding is so easy that there is no mistake!
Ingredients
100 grams of coconut flakes or grated
200 ml of coconut milk
500 ml of milk
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
2 packets of unflavored gelatin
Directions
- Mix the gelatines very well with 10 tablespoons of water, microwave for 20 seconds or melt in a bain-marie and set aside.
- Add condensed milk, cream, milk, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin to a blender.
- Blend for 4 to 5 minutes with the blender covered.
Turn off the device, add the coconut and stir with a spoon. - Pour the mixture into an oiled mold, cover with cling film and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 to 5 hours.
- After being well consistent, unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter, sprinkle grated coconut on top and the coconut pudding is ready to serve.
