Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup wheat flour (sifted)
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
300 grams of stuffed biscuit
240 ml of milk
100 ml of oil
Directions
- In the blender add the cookies, eggs, oil, milk and beat very well.
- Transfer the contents to a bowl and place the sifted wheat flour, sugar, vanilla essence and yeast.
- Stir well until you get a smooth and uniform mass, then pour it into a greased mold.
- Bake the cake for about 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
- After removing the stuffed biscuit cake from the oven, wait to cool, unmold and it is ready to serve.
