This Negresco Biscuit Cake is perfect for a tasty and practical snack!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of milk

  • 3 packets of chocolate-flavored Negresco biscuits or similar (total of 42 biscuits)

  • 1 sachet of ENO lemon flavor or other of your choice (05 grams)

  • Chocolate drops to taste

Directions

  • Place the cookies, milk and Eno in the blender, cover and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the dough into a greased shape and add chocolate drops to taste over it.
  • Take to preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool down to room temperature before unmolding and it is ready to serve.
