Ingredients
300 ml of oil
1 clove of garlic
1 cup iced milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) of green smell
2 tablespoons of mustard
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put the chilled milk in a mixer or blender and beat it well until it gets a little frothy.
- Add the garlic clove, mustard, green smell, salt and black pepper to taste.
Then beat until homogenized. - With the device on, add oil little by little until the mixture emulsifies and reaches the desired consistency.
- Transfer the creamy mixture to a jar with a lid and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Use green mayonnaise to spice up salads or serve as a side dish for sandwiches, snacks and various snacks.
