Make a Pasta with Sausage using the ingredients from the list below and following the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 250g penne pasta

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 400g Italian sausage, sliced

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (peeled)

  • 1 cup of water (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Directions

  • In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  • Run and book.
  • In a medium pan, heat the oil and butter.
  • Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
  • Add the sliced ​​sausage and sauté for a few more minutes until cooked through.
  • Add the peeled tomato in cubes and the water.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and reduced.
  • Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
