You will be amazed at how easy it is to make chimichurri sauce at home!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup warm water (tea)

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (tea)

  • 1/2 cup of parsley (fresh)

  • 1 cup olive oil (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons oregano

  • Black pepper to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • In a container add the oregano, pepperoni pepper, warm water and mix well to hydrate.
  • Add the chopped parsley, crushed garlic, sweet paprika, black pepper and salt to taste. 
    Stir well again.
  • Add red wine vinegar, olive oil and mix well. 
    Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving to get more flavor and the chimichurri sauce is ready.
