Ingredients
1/4 cup warm water (tea)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar (tea)
1/2 cup of parsley (fresh)
1 cup olive oil (tea)
1 tablespoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons oregano
Black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- In a container add the oregano, pepperoni pepper, warm water and mix well to hydrate.
- Add the chopped parsley, crushed garlic, sweet paprika, black pepper and salt to taste.Â
Stir well again. - Add red wine vinegar, olive oil and mix well.Â
Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving to get more flavor and the chimichurri sauce is ready.
