Ingredients
6 sausages
600 grams of potato
340 grams of tomato sauce
170 grams of green corn
150 grams of cheese
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
Oregano to taste
Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces and set aside.
- Cut the sausages into slices and boil in a pan with water for 5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes in a pan with water and salt and cook until al dente.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the potatoes, salt and paprika to taste.
- Add oregano to taste and stir very well for a few minutes.
- Put the minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute and Mix well to uniformize.
- Add the sliced sausages and stir non-stop for a few minutes over the heat.
- Add the drained corn to the other ingredients and mix everything very well.
- Refo for another 3 minutes without stopping stirring and transfer everything to a refractory.
- Spread well, add the tomato sauce on top and spread again.
- Add slices of cheese of your choice and oregano to taste on top.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and the sausage potato recipe is ready to serve.
