Ingredients
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon meat seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy paprika
1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 kg of ground meat
Corn tortillas
Chopped vegetables (such as tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions, leeks, etc.)
Grated cheese (optional)
Chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
- To make the meat, combine hot water, beef broth, meat seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper powder, black pepper and the ketchup in a medium pot.
- Add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until it is cooked through and the sauce is thick.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or on the grill.
- Place some of the ground beef and chopped vegetables on each tortilla and fold the tortilla in half to form a taco.
- If desired, sprinkle grated cheese and chopped parsley on top.
- Serve it hot.
- To make guacamole, just mix a mashed ripe avocado with some chopped tomatoes, some chopped onion and garlic, lime juice, chopped parsley and salt to taste.
- Serve the guacamole fresh and seasoned with the tacos.
