This amazing tapioca bread doesn’t need to be kneaded and is super easy to prepare!

In addition to its practicality, this tapioca bread is made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons rice flour

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups of hydrated tapioca

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

  • 40 ml of melted butter

  • 100 ml of milk

Directions

  • Add the eggs and salt to a bowl and mix very well with a whisk. 
    Add the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese and mix again.
  • Put the rice flour, milk, hydrated tapioca, baking powder and stir to homogenize the dough.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan, then add grated parmesan cheese on top (optional).
  • Bake the bread for approximately 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢. 
    Wait to cool down, unmold and the tapioca bread is ready.
