Ingredients
3 tablespoons fine oat bran
1 silver banana
1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Cinnamon powder to taste
Chocolate chips
Banana to decorate
Directions
- Mash the bananas very well with a fork in a bowl.
Add the egg and mix well. - Add the fine oat bran, the chocolate drops and mix very well with a spoon or whisk.
- Add the baking powder and mix to homogenize.
Then evenly distribute into cupcake molds and place them on a baking sheet. - Decorate with small pieces of banana over the dumplings if you prefer and place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ to bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan with the banana fritters, wait for them to cool to room temperature and they are ready to serve.
