After tasting a piece of this mango pudding you will definitely repeat!
Ingredients
2 packets of colorless and unflavored gelatin
2 chopped ripe mangoes
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
300 ml whole milk
- Caramel
1/2 cup hot water (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- In the blender place the whole milk, condensed milk, cream, chopped mangoes and beat for 4 minutes.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the package, add to the other ingredients in the blender and beat a little more to homogenize.
- Melt the sugar in a pan, add the hot water and let it cook until it forms a caramelized syrup.
- Transfer the caramelized syrup to a pudding mold and then add the blender mixture.
- Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 3 hours and or until it is very firm.Â
Unmold onto a platter or plate and the mango pudding is ready.
