Ingredients
1/2 can of condensed milk (195g)
1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence (10 ml)
3/4 cup water (180 mL)
1 pinch of nutmeg (1g)
30 slices of stale bread
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (90g)
2 teaspoons cinnamon (6g)
1 teaspoon butter (5g)
Directions
- Grease a baking dish with butter;
- Cut the buns into slices;
- In a bowl, add 1/2 can of condensed milk (195g);
- Add 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence (10 mL);
- Add 3/4 cup water (180 mL);
- Add 1 pinch of nutmeg (1g);
- Mix;
- Beat the eggs in a container;
- Dip the bread slices in the condensed milk mixture and then in the beaten eggs;
- Transfer to baking sheet;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
- Pass the slices in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon;
- Your Baked Oven French Toast is ready!
