Ingredients
240 ml hot water
1 box of cream (200 grams)
1 cup of natural passion fruit juice
1 pack of passion fruit gelatin (20 grams)
1 box and 1/2 of condensed milk (600 grams)
Juice of 1 passion fruit with the seeds to make the syrup
Directions
- In a container, put the hot water and the passion fruit gelatin.
Mix until completely dissolved and set aside. - Add the passion fruit juice, cream, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin to the blender and beat for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a refractory, cover and leave it in the fridge for 6 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour and a half.
- Finish by placing the juice of 1 passion fruit with the seeds over the dessert and the passion fruit mousse can now be served.
