Luiz Felipe Cake (Mole Cake)

Ingredients
1 liter of milk
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 heaping tablespoons of butter or margarine
3 cups of sugar (tea)
5 whole eggs
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and beat very well.
- Add a part of the milk, the grated parmesan and beat again.Â
Put the wheat flour and beat quickly. - Add the rest of the milk and beat some more.Â
Transfer the mixture to a greased shape and sprinkled with wheat flour. - Take the cake to the preheated oven at 200º₢ and when it starts to brown, reduce it to 180º₢, totaling between 40 and 50 minutes of baking time.
- Wait for the cake to cool completely, remove it from the mold by running a knife along the sides of the mold and the Luiz Felipe cake is ready to serve.
