Ingredients
250 grams semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (15 ml)
1 can of cream (200 grams)
Enough cocoa powder to coat the truffles (about 1/2 cup)
Directions
- In a container add the chopped chocolate, the cream and take it to the microwave for 1 minute and a half, turning it off every 30 seconds until it melts.
- Mix very well, add the orange liqueur and mix again.Â
Book and wait for a few minutes for the mixture to cool. - Cover the mixture with cling film and leave it in the fridge preferably overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- Form balls with portions of the cream using two spoons to shape the truffles, dip them in powdered chocolate and place them side by side on a plate.
- Take the candies back to the fridge again until they firm up.Â
Before serving, dip the truffles in powdered chocolate again and they are ready to serve.
