Ingredients
- Syrup
Sugar 2 cups (360g)
Water 1/2 cup (120 mL)
- Pudding
Egg 5 units
Sugar 2 cups (360g)
Butter or margarine 2 tbsp (40g)
Milk 1 liter
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)
Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5 mL) optional
Directions
- Syrup
- In a pan on the fire, add Sugar 2 cups (360g);
- Mix and let it melt;
- Add Water 1/2 cup (120 mL);
- Mix until completely dissolved and leave in the fire for another 2 minutes;
- Transfer the syrup to a roast;
- Pudding
- In a blender, add Eggs 5 units;
- Add Sugar 2 cups (360g);
- Add Butter or margarine 2 tbsp (40g);
- Beat well;
- Add Milk 1 liter;
- Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
- Add Vanilla Essence 1 tsp (5 mL) optional;
- Beat well;
- Transfer the mixture to shape;
- Place in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes;
- Your Bakery Pudding is ready!
