Ingredients
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 package of dry yeast yeast
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons of Margarine
600g Wheat Flour
300ml of milk (to the point)
100g grated coconut
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of Margarine
Directions
- In a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of sugar;
- Add 1 packet dry yeast starter;
- Add 1 egg;
- Add 1/2 level tablespoon of salt;
- Add 2 tablespoons of Margarine;
- Add 600g of Wheat Flour;
- Add 300ml of milk (until the point);
- Mix well and knead the dough;
- Transfer the dough to a floured container and cover;
- Let rest for 30 minutes;
- In a bowl, add 100g of grated coconut;
- Add 1/2 box of condensed milk;
- Add 1 tablespoon of Margarine;
- Mix;
- Sprinkle wheat flour on your countertop;
- Open the dough with a roll;
- Add the stuffing;
- Brush water around the edges of the dough;
- Wrap;
- Cut;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
- Let rest for 30 minutes;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
- Cover with condensed milk and grated coconut;
- Your Hungarian Slices are ready!
