minutesThis Pullman type cake is very similar to the one bought in the market and surprises everyone!
Ingredients
4 whole eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
100 ml of oil
Directions
- In a blender add the eggs, sugar, oil, melted butter or margarine, milk, vanilla essence and beat for 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little while mixing.
Add the baking powder and mix until the dough is smooth and uniform. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
Then place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for about 45 minutes. - Let it cool down, turn it out onto a plate or platter and the Pullman cake is ready to be cut and served.
