Ingredients

  • 1.4 Kg of Salted Cod Loin

  • 750g boiled potato

  • 500 g cooked Chickpeas

  • 300 g of Heart of Palm Pupunha

  • 100g of Red Onion

  • 190 g of Olives

  • 50 g parsley

  • Chives to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  • Wash well 1.4 Kg of Salted Cod Loin;
  • Soak in water for 2 or 3 days in the refrigerator (change the water every day);
  • Cook the cod in steam or in water, until it reaches the point;
  • Remove thorns and skin;
  • Cut the cod into pieces;
  • Add 750 g of boiled potato;
  • Add 500 g of cooked Chickpeas;
  • Add 300 g of Heart of Palm Pupunha;
  • Add 100 g of Red Onion;
  • Add 190 g of Olive;
  • Mix;
  • Add 50 g of Parsley;
  • Add chives to taste;
  • Add Olive Oil to taste;
  • Your Cod Salad is ready!
