There’s no way not to love this stuffed rain cupcake recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/2 + 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (240 grams)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) + 1 tablespoon (soup) of sugar (120 grams)

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of milk (60 ml)

  • Mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Directions

  • In a container mix the eggs very well with the vanilla essence, sugar and salt. 
    Add the flour, milk, yeast and mix well.
  • Chop the bananas, add to the dough and mix gently until smooth. 
    Model the dumplings with the help of two spoons and fry in oil that is not too hot, so as not to burn.
  • Remove the dumplings when they are golden using a slotted spoon, dry them with a paper towel and transfer to a container, plate or platter of your choice.
  • Sprinkle the dumplings still warm with the sugar and cinnamon powder mixture, mix well to spread over all the dumplings and serve them right away.
