- Milk mayonnaise (no eggs)
1/2 cup chilled milk (120 ml)
Salt to taste
1 cup oil (240ml added little by little)
- Seasoned mayonnaise
1/2 mayonnaise recipe (about 4 tablespoons)
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon(s) mustard
1 and 1/2 tablespoon parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Milk mayonnaise (no eggs)
- In a blender, add 1/2 cup iced milk (120ml);
- Add salt to taste;
- Add 1 cup of oil (240ml added little by little while beating);
- Seasoned mayonnaise
- In a bowl, add 1 garlic clove;
- Add 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of parsley;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Love and mix well;
- Add 1/2 mayonnaise recipe (about 4 tablespoons);
- Mix well;
