3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 cup (tea) of milk
2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Grease and flour a 10-inch (25 cm) round cake pan.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are creamy and light.
- Add the oil and milk and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Finally, add the mashed bananas and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
