Ingredients

  • Caramel and chocolate pudding
  • Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups (270g)

  • Water 1 cup (240 mL)

  • Egg 3 units

  • Milk 1 1/3 cup (320 mL)

  • Condensed milk 1 can (390g)

  • Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g)

  • Carrot cake
  • Egg 3 units

  • Carrot 1 medium unit (150g)

  • Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Sugar 1 cup (180g)

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)

  • Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g)

Directions

  • In a pan, melt the sugar and add water to make the caramel sauce;
  • Add the caramel in a shape and spread it;
  • In a blender, add Egg 3 units;
  • Add 1 1/3 cup (320 mL) Milk;
  • Add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
  • Add Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g);
  • Beat until blended;
  • Transfer to shape;
  • In a blender, add Egg 3 units;
  • Add Carrot 1 medium unit (150g);
  • Add Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL);
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g);
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to shape slowly;
  • Cover with aluminum foil (shiny side facing shape);
  • In a larger form, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and add hot water (almost halfway through the form);
  • Add the pudding shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
  • Let it cool and take the fridge for 2 hours;
  • Your Chocolate Carrot Pudding Cake is ready!
