- Caramel and chocolate pudding
Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups (270g)
Water 1 cup (240 mL)
Egg 3 units
Milk 1 1/3 cup (320 mL)
Condensed milk 1 can (390g)
Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g)
- Carrot cake
Egg 3 units
Carrot 1 medium unit (150g)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Sugar 1 cup (180g)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)
Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g)
Directions
- In a pan, melt the sugar and add water to make the caramel sauce;
- Add the caramel in a shape and spread it;
- In a blender, add Egg 3 units;
- Add 1 1/3 cup (320 mL) Milk;
- Add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
- Add Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g);
- Beat until blended;
- Transfer to shape;
- In a blender, add Egg 3 units;
- Add Carrot 1 medium unit (150g);
- Add Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL);
- Beat well;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
- Mix;
- Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
- Mix;
- Add Chemical yeast 2 teaspoons (10g);
- Mix;
- Transfer to shape slowly;
- Cover with aluminum foil (shiny side facing shape);
- In a larger form, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and add hot water (almost halfway through the form);
- Add the pudding shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
- Let it cool and take the fridge for 2 hours;
