For your mixed cake to be fluffy and tasty, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step instructions for making it!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 3/4 cups of sugar

  • 150ml of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of 32 or 50% chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

Directions

  • In a mixer, beat 3 eggs;
  • Whisk in 3/4 cups sugar;
  • Beat 1 tablespoon vanilla essence;
  • Whisk in 3/4 cup oil;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
  • Add 150ml of milk;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer 1/3 of the dough to another container and add 3 tablespoons of 32 or 50% chocolate to it;
  • Mix well;
  • In a greased and floured form, add the 2 masses interspersing them;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  • Cover with brigadier and sprinkles (optional);
  • Your mixed cake is ready!
