Ingredients
3/4 cup oil
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
3/4 cups of sugar
150ml of milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of 32 or 50% chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Directions
- In a mixer, beat 3 eggs;
- Whisk in 3/4 cups sugar;
- Beat 1 tablespoon vanilla essence;
- Whisk in 3/4 cup oil;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
- Add 150ml of milk;
- Mix;
- Add 1 tablespoon baking powder;
- Mix;
- Transfer 1/3 of the dough to another container and add 3 tablespoons of 32 or 50% chocolate to it;
- Mix well;
- In a greased and floured form, add the 2 masses interspersing them;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
- Cover with brigadier and sprinkles (optional);
- Your mixed cake is ready!
