Ingredients

  • 700g of cassava

  • 250g calabresa sausage

  • 250g of bacon

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1/2 bell pepper

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • Dye/coloral

  • Spices to taste

Directions

  • In a pan with water, add 700g of cassava;
  • Add 1 tablespoon salt;
  • Tampe and cook for 20 minutes from the moment you get pressure;
  • In a blender, add the cassava with a little of the cooking water;
  • Beat well;
  • In a pan, fry 250g of bacon;
  • Fry 250g of pepperoni sausage;
  • Add onion and bell pepper;
  • Add spices to taste;
  • Add the beaten cassava;
  • Mix;
  • Add parsley and cilantro;
  • Your cassava broth (soup) is ready!
