Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cups (tea) of sweet cassava starch
1 cup (tea) of milk
1 cup (tea) of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup (tea) of grated cheese (can be mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, etc.)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and oil.
- In another bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and salt.
- Gradually add the tapioca flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until you get a smooth dough.
- Finally, add the grated cheese and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
