Fried bananas can be served as a dessert or snack. They are also often used as an ingredient in other dishes, such as ice cream, crepes, and pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into 1.5 cm thick slices.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs.
  • Dip the banana slices in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the bananas for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
  • Drain the bananas on paper towels and serve immediately.
