To prepare this perfect creamy coffee recipe, use the ingredients listed below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 cup (180g)

  • Instant coffee granules 4 tablespoons (28g)

  • Warm water 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (3g)

  • Chocolate powder 2 tbsp (20g)

Directions

  • In a stand mixer add 1 cup (180g) Sugar;
  • Add Instant Coffee Granules 4 tablespoons (28g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) warm water;
  • Beat on high speed for 10 to 15 minutes;
  • Add Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (3g);
  • Add Chocolate powder 2 tbsp (20g);
  • Beat for another 5 minutes;
  • Transfer it to a pot and take it to the freezer to store;
  • Consume 2 tablespoons of cappuccino with 200ml of hot milk;
