‘XRP price could rise to $24 within 60 days’ – here’s why

The XRP price may be on the verge of a significant increase. According to a new model from analyst Diana, the price of XRP could rise to as much as $24 in the next 60 days. The expected inflow into new XRP ETFs is the key.

Large inflows can cause scarcity

Diana developed a calculation model that predicts how the XRP price will develop at different levels of ETF inflows. She does not use sentiment, but relies purely on mathematical assumptions regarding liquidity and supply. In the model, between five and twenty ETF providers will each invest between $10 million and $45 million.

According to her calculations, this could cause a price increase towards 4.50 to 15 dollars in the first month. If this inflow continues, the price will rise to a range of $7 to $24 within 60 days. The more funds are added, the higher the price target.

The model assumes a starting price of $2.40 and a liquid supply of 60 billion XRP. If multiple funds are launched at the same time, there will be pressure on the available supply. And that can push the price up considerably, especially in a tight market.

Is the explosion getting closer?

The timing of Diana’s prediction is anything but random. The market for XRP ETFs is about to explode. The Rex Osprey and Canary Capital funds are already live and underline the increasing confidence of institutional parties in XRP. But that’s just the beginning.

Within two weeks, heavyweights such as Franklin Templeton, Bitwise, 21Shares and CoinShares will follow. Together these parties manage tens of billions and have made their mark in the crypto sector. It is therefore expected that they will immediately invest large sums of money in their new funds.

If that inflow does indeed start, the price target of $24 will suddenly no longer be a prospect. The model shows what happens when supply and demand become out of balance. And with a series of ETF launches on the way, exactly that scenario now appears to be becoming a reality.
