According to analyst George Tung, the communities behind XRP and Cardano (ADA) are among the most loyal of the cryptomarket. He states that cooperation between the two projects could be enormous force within the sector. The first concrete steps towards such a collaboration now seem to be taken.

According to Tung, XRP and Cardano have something special: a loyal supporters consisting of developers, influencers and investors who have been active in Crypto for years. On social media they often hear themselves in discussions about the future of the sector. And striking: even with sturdy price falls, many XRP and ADA holders just remained.
That tenacity became clear especially during the lawsuit of the American regulator SEC against Ripple. Despite the fact that XRP then went down, a large part of the community remained behind the project.
Tung therefore sees a lot of potential in a collaboration. “If you bring these two communities together, you get a force that is almost impossible to box,” he says. And it seems that developers from Cardano and Ripple are now building that future.
Hoskinson wants to bring XRP and Cardano closer together
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson sees plenty of opportunities to bring XRP and Cardano closer together. For example, he wants to link Cardano to the networks that Ripple’s new Stablecoin Rlusd will support. There will also be an airdrop from Midnight, a new project within Cardano, where XRP holders can receive tokens such as Night and Dust.
In addition, Cardano is working on an update of the LACE wallet, with which users will soon be able to manage not only ADA, but also XRP. And Hoskinson goes one step further: he proposes to use Midnight as a Defi layer for XRP, so that investors may be able to get more returns from their coins.
