Philippe Lazzarini, head of the UN Palestinian Refugee Agency (Unrwa), accused Israel of architecting “The Most Cruel and Machiavellian Plan to Kill” in Gaza, in a statement after the death of nine children who were in a line to receive food supplements in the city of Deir Al-Balah in the center of the track.
