He emphasizes that the new political landscape in the United States could be a catalyst for cryptocurrency price increases. He sees Ethereum (ETH) in particular as a contender for a strong price increase.
Positive expectations for Ethereum
According to Sun, the current market situation offers opportunities to invest in crypto. While some investors choose to sell their crypto coins after recent price increases, he encourages them to get in now. Sun is remarkably positive about Ethereum and believes that the largest altcoin can rise sharply in the near future.
In recent days, the price of Ethereum has indeed risen, while Tron (TRX), Sun’s native token, has barely made any gains. This makes his focus on ETH all the more striking.

Sun expects that a possible new presidency of Donald Trump in 2024 could bring major changes to the crypto industry. He predicts that crypto companies in the US can expect more regulation and clarity, which will spur innovation and growth. In addition, he sees a pro-crypto stance from the US as an opportunity to stir up competition with China, possibly leading to a more progressive approach to crypto in the Asian country.

In his message, Sun also called on his followers to support Trump in his approach to crypto policy. He also wondered what will happen to SEC Chairman Gary Gensler if Trump comes to power. Surprisingly, Sun proposed to offer Gensler a job at Tron, provided he changes his attitude towards the crypto industry and fully embraces it.
