In an open attack on democratic freedoms, the federal judge Daniel Rafecas decided the oral trial of Vanina BiasiBuenos Aires legislator of the Unity Left Front and leader of the PO. The argument, copied from the international far right, is “anti-Semitism.”
The decision was based on a series of tweets in which the left-wing leader had denounced the massacre that continues to take place in Gaza, even after a ceasefire was formally signed.
The judge is based on a series of posts intended to make that complaint. In a clear arbitrariness, he considers that they remain outside the “umbrella” of freedom of expression and, therefore, “encourage hatred” against the Jewish community.
In her networks, the left-wing reference pointed out that “I am being prosecuted for denouncing Israel as genocidal, a judge hosting DAIA events, Rafecas, and the prosecutor of the Libra case, Eduardo Taiano, who, very busy looking for arguments to limit my freedom of expression, forgot to investigate the Milei crypto scam.”
Furthermore, he denounced that “if it were not so serious, if the criminal trivialization of anti-Semitism, the Code of Criminal Procedure that they modified de facto and the very delicate good of freedom of expression were not at stake, we would say that it is very not serious.”
Thanks Andrea! We are going to continue exploiting the persecution to turn it into dissemination of the Palestinian cause and to warn about the political gag they want to install. Hug!

Es necessary the broadest repudiation and the mobilization in support of Vanina Biasi to confront this attack.
The elevation of the case against Vanina Biasi to trial is a very serious anti-democratic attack. Everyone must speak out against this attempt to silence the denunciation of the genocide against the Palestinian people.

Total repudiation of persecution: Zionism seeks to teach those of us who do not remain silent in the face of the genocide being perpetrated in Gaza.
