The American bestseller author and investor Robert Kiyosaki, known for the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, warns that the United States is on the eve of a period of hyperinflation. According to Kiyosaki, this situation threatens to have a devastating effect on the savings and purchasing power of millions of Americans.

The end is near

In a message on X, the 77-year-old writer states that the demand for American government bonds dries up, forcing the US central bank to buy bonds himself, with what he describes as “fake money.”

“The end is here: what if you give a party and nobody shows up? That is what happened on May 20. The FED (US Central Bank) held an auction of government bonds, and nobody showed up. So the Fed itself bought 50 billion dollars in bonds they created from nothing,” said Kiyosaki.

He concludes: “The party is over. Hyperinflation is here. Millions, young and old, will be wiped out financially.”

Kiyosaki repeats his well -known plea for precious metals and bitcoin as protection against inflation. He provides substantial price increases for the aforementioned safe ports of gold could rise towards the $ 25,000, silver to $ 70 and Bitcoin even to $ 500,000 to 1 million dollars each.

“Even 0.01 Bitcoin will become unaffordable within two years,” he writes. “I don’t understand why not everyone buys and holds Bitcoin.”

He refers to the decreasing stock of tradable bitcoins and will soon call the market “banana zone-like”, a term that became popular thanks to investor Raoul Pal, and which indicates explosive price increases.

Financial experts pent expectations

Although Kiyosaki has been warning a financial crisis for years, many economists and central banks do not yet see any signs of acute hyperinflation in the United States. The core inflation is currently around 3%, and the Federal Reserve indicates that it is prepared to further adjust the interest if the inflation pressure increases again.

Nevertheless, the message from Kiyosaki continues to resonate among investors looking for alternatives to fiat money and bonds. His warnings are in line with broader concerns about the sustainability of the American budget deficit and the increasing dependence on monetary financing.
