The magistrate who investigates the businessman Alberto González Amador, a couple of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has agreed to involve the investigations of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard, as they had claimed the popular accusation, which leads the PSOE, and the Prosecutor’s Office.
In a car, to which eldiaria.es has had access, the Immaculate Judge Iglesias affirms that “according to the complexity of the investigation of the facts and the interprovincial character of the supposedly criminal plot”, it proceeds to commission the elite unit of the armed institute “that investigates the facts and carry out the necessary efforts” to investig unfair.
The judge also considers the participation of the UCO due to the possibility that the alleged involved have “transformed” or “conceal” the profits “to hide the illicit origin”, which already points to a possible money laundering, a crime that for now was not investigated.
The Prosecutor’s Office and the judge appreciate indications of the undercover payment of a “commission” of half a million euros by González Amador to Fernando Camino, president of Quirón Prevention, a company belonging to the giant of private health that receives hundreds of millions of public contracts of the Community of Madrid each year. González Amador paid that amount for a company of the woman on the way that had not billed even 30,000 euros in the last year and lacked heritage or workers.
Before the judge, the businessman declared that if he paid almost half a million euros for a company that barely invoiced it was for the distribution network he had and, therefore, it was not a bribe to a Quirón director. After her statement, the judge decided to impute the wife of this manager, the pharmacist Gloria Carrasco, who assured that the sale was “reasonable.”
The magistrate adopts the decision to involve the UCO in functions of Judicial Police after listening to the version of González Amador and Carrasco and that they did not convince her. In the car, the judge abounds in the thesis of the bribery behind the purchase of the company, whether it was as payment by González Amador to the president of Quirón prevention for a commission of two million that the couple of Ayuso won and that facilitated from another road; or as a consideration for having made the president’s boyfriend increase his turnover to the health company before beginning his relationship with her.
The popular accusation, which is exercised by the PSOE and more Madrid, had requested a battery of proceedings, including the imputation of Fernando Camino, a decision that for now does not adopt the judge. PSOE and more Madrid were the first to claim the involvement of the UCO and the UDEF of the Police in the case to investigate the heritage of González Amador and the corporate links among the alleged involved, respectively. The judge said she would adopt a decision on the requests of the popular accusation after listening to Gloria Carrasco. Its version, coinciding with that of González Amador, has motivated that the judge of an impulse to the case.
