Judge Juan Carlos Peinado has issued a car in which he agrees appointment as a crime of embezzlement to the wife of the president of the Government, Begoña Gómez, and the assistant who manages his agenda, Cristina Álvarez. The resolution, to which Eldiario.es has had access, cites both on September 11 and 10, respectively.
Happy investigated since January if the advisor participated in a embezzlement of public funds by sending two emails from Begoña Gómez, which would exceed the functions of his position, according to the judge. Now, the magistrate protects in the endorsement that the audience of Madrid gave last June to this line of investigation to move forward for the investigations and quote both for the first time to respond for these facts. Begoña Gómez already appeared as charged with crimes of influence peddling, corruption in business and misappropriation in the different ramifications of the case.
In relation to the alleged embezzlement, the judges of the higher instance considered that there could have been “a clear and palmaria deviation from the work of a public official” that would have been used “voluntarily” as “an improper support or deviation of public resources in favor exclusively of private interests.”
In his car, he remembers that the Provincial Court left in writing in its resolution that the investigation would have to “focus” in whether it exceeded the performance of the public functions entrusted to him to favor the criminal plan of the investigated in the crime of influence peddling.
As an indication, the judge alludes to two emails that the advisor sent in November 2021 on behalf of Begoña Gómez to directives of Reale, insurance entity that financed the chair that Sánchez’s woman directed at the Complutense University in relation to an event in which he was going to participate.

According to the formation of the extreme right, the sending of these two emails is sufficient to attribute the current delegate to the Government, the advisor and Begoña Gómez crimes of embezzlement, influence peddling and prevarication. At present, it is the ultra -Catholic organization Hazteoir who leads the popular accusation.
