Judge Juan Carlos Peinado has issued a car in which he complies with the orders of the Provincial Court of Madrid putting his investigation within the case of Begoña Gómez. In the resolution, the magistrate reiterates his request to the general intervention of the State Administration (IGAE) to prepare a report on Globalia, the company on which Air Europa depended, airline rescued with 475 million in Pandemia. The judge came to defend his inquiries ensuring that asking for reports is not investigating and that, proof of this, he had not called to declare anyone for the facts related to Globalia, the company on which the airline depended. The intervention of the audience of Madrid also avoids the report that the Central Operating Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard should prepare with the information sent by the SEPI. The specialized unit had already ruled out in two reports indications of crime the performance of the woman’s president.
In the order yesterday, Hajinado also complies with the order to archive the cause against the president of the Studies Center of the Institute of Business, Juan José Güemes, and the rector of the Complutense University, Joaquín Goyache.
The Provincial Court considered “unnecessary” to call to testify to the IE Human Resources Director because there was no influences in the hiring of Begoña Gómez. “It was the company that wanted to have the services of Mrs. Gómez,” the audience reproached. Consequently, the Higher Instance ordered to cancel the imputation of Juan José Güemes, former counselor of the Governments of Esperanza Aguirre, whom he haunted by alluding to an alleged contradiction with that witness that never existed. Neither Güemes nor the Director of Human Resources of the IE said that Begoña Gómez “had been hired for being the wife of the president of the Government.”
The same fate runs the imputation of Joaquín Goyache, rector of the Complutense University of Madrid, after declaring as a witness for the extraordinary chair Begoña Gómez had in that center, along with two masters, until last year. The decision “lacks foundation” and raises their imputation for an “absence of incriminating objective data” against him, established the audience of Madrid.
